We do not claim to make items new again. We manage customers’ expectations at initial consultation of repair. 

Repairs are performed on the premises. 

Repair work is done at customer's responsibility.

A 50% deposit is required before any work is performed.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS 

There are No Refunds on any repairs or cleaning. All sales are final. 

Work performed cannot be undone and returned to its original state.

 

CLEANING

Leather, suede, and fabric cannot be guaranteed against cracking, rain spotting 

or fading of color. Overtime changes in color or finish may occur on all leather types.

Uneven coloring is common and may appear more visible after cleaning.

In some cases, bleeding may occur on canvas bags during cleaning.

We hand mix colors to match the existing color as closely as possible.

Dyes look different when viewed in different types of lighting.

 

SHIPPING

 We suggest you insure your package and use a shipper that provides tracking such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.

Artbag is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.

All domestic return shipping is done via UPS. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping even if they decide not to proceed with our services.

ABANDONED BAGS 

Bags left over 60 days following completion will be considered abandoned. 

OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee all of our repairs (excluding zippers and cleanings) for 9 months.
