Mail-in A Repair

Please complete the Repair Form and include it in your shipment to expedite repair services. Be sure to pack your repair item securely. Please do not include flannel or dust covers with your shipment. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Artbag.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, check, Apple Pay and Zelle.

Fill out or download the PDF “Repair Form”, and send it with your item(s). A representative will contact you once the package is received with an estimate to repair the item(s). If you decide to proceed, we require a 50% deposit.

You can send the package via UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail via the Post Office so you can have a tracking number for your package. We also recommend insuring the package.

Repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks. However, turnaround times are subject to change. Extensive repairs and custom-made work may take longer.

No, Artbag does not offer these services, but we are happy to refresh your bags before you sell them.
