HOW CAN I SEND MY BAG?
Download the "Repair Form", fill it out and send it with your item(s). A representative will contact you once the package is received with an estimate to repair the item(s). If you decide to proceed with the services, we require a 50% deposit.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, check, Apple Pay and PayPal.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY ITEMS?
Approximately 3-4 weeks but turnaround times are subject to change. Extensive and customer made work may take longer.

HOW SHOULD I SEND THE ITEM TO ARTBAG?
You can send the package via UPS. FedEx, or Priority Postal Service so you can have a tracking number for your package. We also recommend insuring the package.
WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO DO THE REPAIR, DO YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK?
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will ship your item back to you. The shipping cost varies. The minimum return shipping fee for a handbag is $17.50. For smaller items (e.g. wallet) the minimum is $12.50.
DO YOU BUY USED BAGS OR TAKE THEM IN ON CONSIGNMENT?
No, Artbag does not provide these services. But we are happy to service your bags before you sell them.
