Store hours are subject to change during the summer.
HOW CAN I SEND MY BAG?
Fill out or download the PDF "Repair Form", and send it with your item(s). A representative will contact you once the package is received with an estimate to repair the item(s). If you decide to proceed, we require a 50% deposit.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, check, Apple Pay and PayPal.
HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR TAKE?
Repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks. However, turnaround times are subject to change. Extensive repairs and custom-made work may take longer.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY ITEM TO ARTBAG?
You can send the package via UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail via the Post Office so you can have a tracking number for your package. We also recommend insuring the package.
WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO DO THE REPAIR, DO YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK?
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we will ship your item back to you. The shipping cost varies. The minimum return shipping fee for a handbag is $22.50. For smaller items (e.g. wallet) the minimum is $15.00.
DO YOU BUY USED BAGS OR TAKE THEM IN ON CONSIGNMENT?
No, Artbag does not offer these services, but we are happy to refresh your bags before you sell them.
